Permanent gallery - 1st floorTo mark 150 years of Impressionism, the Musée Mer Marine has showcased its recent acquisitions in a new permanent gallery devoted to some of the great modern figures of French marine painting: Claude Monet, Eugène Boudin, Joseph Vernet, Albert Marquet and Raoul Dufy express their love of the seashore and their own way of capturing all its charm.

Permanent exhibition - Ground and 1st floorIn a clean and spectacular scenography, the Musée Mer Marine unfolds across several thousand square metres its rich collections devoted to the great human adventures at sea, from prehistory to the present day.
Historic boats, navigation instruments and hundreds of precious models sit alongside a major group of works of art that place this seafaring epic in its aesthetic context.

Semi-permanent exhibition - 2nd floorA changing space presenting installations devoted to ocean life and the environmental issues connected with it, the 2nd floor of the Musée Mer Marine has always been a place of expression for contemporary artists committed to protecting the natural marine heritage.
New installations are regularly being developed to pursue this mission.
